HANDS is an architectural and interior design firm based in Los Angeles, California. Since its establishment in 2017 by Haru Heeyoung Lee, HANDS has worked on single-family residences, multi-residence housing interiors, hotel interiors, and off-grid houses, exhibition spaces.
Prior to joining HANDS, Heeyoung earned a master’s degree in architecture from UCLA and worked at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP, AECOM, DMJM Rottet, and Rottet Studios. As a design professional at these firms, she oversaw and led workplace interior environments and hospitality projects.
She is a registered architect in both California and Arizona
